Our electrician suggested Lafferty Heating when we were having trouble with our gas wall furnace. He responded to our call promptly and came promptly. He fixed our problem in one visit without making a bigger issue out of it than it actually was. We were pleased with his work and pricing. We would definitely call him again if we needed help with our heating systems.

Very professional, polite, and took the time to explain everything that needed done, different types of metal, and fabrication. Very easy to talk to. Quick appointment times. Jeremy took pictures of everything on our roof so we could actually see what was needed. Very positive experience. Highly recommend them for all heating/cooling needs.
These guys are great. They are honest and hard working and lovely to work with. We have a very unique old house with lots of quirks and they have made our furnace and also our chimney functional. I would definitely recommend them highly.
Friendly and competent serviceman came to do a check up on my heater. He changed batteries on my thermostat, which I wouldn't have thought of. Went above and beyond and cleaned off my heater surface (of pre-termite fumigation droppings), and even removed a large next from the attic (where heater is located). Best of all, he assured my heater is in good condition and will last quite a while. Good to have this competent company in town.

No one could be better in the annual check of the condition of the furnace. Lafferty Heating has done this years for years and years in my home at a reasonable price and with straight-forward kindness.
These guys are the best! We love our heater/air conditioner. They were very knowledgeable when advising us as to what to buy. It came out better than expected.
Lafferty Heating offered an estimate for an inline HEPA filter over 2 years ago and I finally acted on it. The pretty much re-affirmed the price with minor increase. I also added /inspection/maintenance of my 22 yr old furnace. The work was performed on time and within the agreed to amount. Workers were timely, cleaned up after themselves and I really liked the final product. We agreed after the inspection that I should replace my furnace in about two years. I will certainly use Lafferty Heating for that task.
